Parkinson's and you is an introductory guide to Parkinson's. It contains information about symptoms, treatments and living with Parkinson's. Its available in English, Arabic, Bengali, Cantonese, Gujarati, Hindi, Polish, Punjabi, Somali, Turkish, Urdu and Welsh.
The carer's guide - for carers of people with Parkinson's - If you care for someone with Parkinson's, this booklet looks at issues that may affect you. It offers practical help and advice, whether you provide care and support for someone who has recently been diagnosed, or someone who has been living with Parkinson's for a while.

parkinsons.org.uk is Parkinson's support and research charity. For more than 40 years they have been working to find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson's. They have lots of booklets which are easy read and give great information. They also publish booklets in Indian languages.
