Checklist – Car Travel First Aid Box

Checklist for the first aid box that I can every time I drive. I carry all of these in my car while I am on a trip. All of this is stored inside a semi transparent waterproof plastic container. I created this during my epic car drive in 2015.

Note: This is my first aid pack. Please get it verified by your doctor.

1Sterile Gauze roll or CottonDressing for wounds of all types.
2Crape BandageUsed as a light support for minor sprains, strains and compression. Rolled up with one or two elasticated claw grips for securing.
3Roll of adhesive tape
4Band-Aid waterproofFor small wounds and cuts to keep it clean.
5Safety pins
6ThermometerDigital is probably the best.
7Hand sanitizerRequired to disinfect your hands fast. Not effective if your hands are visibly dirty. Wash first.
8Antiseptic creamTo clean minor wounds and cuts to prevent infection,Ointment
9Pain Relief SpraySports variety of pain relief spray. In India you get one from Moov or Iodex.

24Digene chewable digestive tablets, a quick solution too most of the problems related to gas and constipation
