Major Stampedes in India

This dataset documents major stampede incidents in India, including religious events, railway stations, and public gatherings. Each entry includes date, location, state, departments involved, number of injuries and deaths (with source links), actions taken, and compensation paid. It is formatted with HTML links for easy web publishing. The data spans from 2010 to 2025, for now, hope to expand it. The dataset was manually verified by Thejesh GN for accuracy using news sources. It is available under the CC BY-SA 4.0 License, allowing reuse with proper attribution.
