Weekly Notes 02/2026
The weekend and the week were busy as we wrapped up at Thrissur, traveled, and got back to work after the holiday season. Uma’s school also restarted this week after the holidays. We are back to regular programming.

The weekend and the week were busy as we wrapped up at Thrissur, traveled, and got back to work after the holiday season. Uma’s school also restarted this week after the holidays. We are back to regular programming.
Echo is finally doing well, though winter is not great for him. He is active, eating and sleeping well. Though his urinary problems continue, they do not threaten his day-to-day activities.
Uma is nine months old; she has teeth now. And she has also become more aware of things. She wakes by 06:30 AM; I usually spend an hour feeding, cleaning, and playing with her. Echo and Pathu eat much earlier in the day and go back to sleep. Sometimes, they join for the...
One big rule we follow at Peppo team is – Be Nice to each other and everyone with whom you work. It makes a lot of difference. If you look at DataMeet’s code of conduct. It’s the first rule. I sincerely believe in it and take it wherever I go. We can’t build organizations or teams without being nice to each other. When I see broken teams, most often than not, this is the rule that would have made a difference. Whats your one rule while working in a team?
