Work has been hectic. But I can see the end, which is good, I think. Also, my orthodontic work is coming to an end. I should be free of steel cables in my mouth in three months.

Work has been hectic. But I can see the end, which is good, I think. Also, my orthodontic work is coming to an end. I should be free of steel cables in my mouth in three months.
Appa was down with a fever and an upset stomach for a couple of days. He recovered pretty fast. Now that Uma can make sentences of two or three words from different languages, their conversation is fun to hear. She probably has a combined vocabulary of 100 words in Malayalam, Kannada, and English....
It’s interesting to see how Uma interacts with the iRobot vacuum. During the day, when it’s charging, she wants to poke it to get a reaction. Sometimes it does; if the poke is strong, it comes alive with beeps and lights and rearranges itself on the charging port, and she seems to like...
This is my 1000th blog post. 2023 is also going to be the 20th year of my blogging. I will write a 20th-year blog post later, but I am surprised the average number of posts per year is 50. Except for 2007, other years have been relatively consistent. And in the last few years, it has been more than average.
