RTWA 1: RoadTripWithAppa begins and we are in Delhi

RTWA - #RoadTripWithAppa was supposed to be his group travel with bunch of his people, but it got cancelled. But he is just like me (or may be I am like him?)he wanted to do it at any cost once planned. So he asked me if I can join him. I said yes and to make it my own; converted it into a road trip. It was supposed to be just two of us, but then a friend of him joined us. So we are doing mainly Varanasi and couple of my places on the way to and back from Varanasi.

This morning we flew to Delhi and did some sight seeing in Delhi. I have been to Delhi so many times but never been to Red Fort. So I choose RedFort. I loved it. The we went to India gate, drove around Parliament and Rashtra Pati Bhavan. Now we are at my another favourite - Anjanta Hotel in Paharganj,

Then we picked up my favorite highway drive Ford Ecosport from Myles. It was as smooth as silk. Thank you Myles.

Tomorrow will be our official day 1. I have always enjoyed driving my parents around. I remember driving across TN for a week and Driving around Karnataka for a week. I have not written much. I should have, I miss reading those blog posts.
