Weekly Notes 24/2026
I am at IITM/Chennai for Paradox. I have been here since 2022, since the first Paradox. The fest and the crowd have grown bigger. I came by car with friends A&S. We took Old Madras Road and stopped at Sriperumbudur for a quick visit to the Rajiv Gandhi memorial.

- I explored a new Food Embedding Model called Epicure. What I like about it is the methodology used for building it. It is easy to understand and replicate. It can also work as a method for most heterogeneous networks. I blocked a bunch of domains at home so my TV or other devices can’t be used in mass AI Scraping setups.
- From next week, I will plan to publish the weekly playlists. It could be either songs I have just discovered, the most listened-to songs, or a mix. I wrote a small Marimo script to list my most listened-to songs of the week from my ListenBrainz listens. It doesn’t need an API key. Anyone can use it.
- I couldn’t play this week. I need to find more playmates. I continued with my regular 2 P.T sessions. This week, we added dead hangs to my routine. Also did my personal best sets: 70 KG lat pulls and 50 KG seated cable rows. My body weight is 60 KG.
- I would love to meet more folks. Also, I have learned to ask and take pictures during such meetings. I love that we have pictures. I plan to take quite a few pictures this coming week. I hope to post some.
- You can set up your own tiny satellite ground station to receive packets from the CubeSats. Maybe one day.
