I rode to Kumta (Gokarna) on Friday and spent the weekend there. This was a much longer ride, 1000 kms door to door. The ride was fun, and I enjoy riding with friends. Like last week, I was a bit nervous again, but it vanished within fifteen minutes. Once you start, you forget...
I reached Gokarna/Kumta this evening along with friends. The ride was long but smooth and fun. The BluArmour communication setup among us makes riding together fun. I will write about the ride and gadget later this week.
My last ride was a long one. Almost 14 years back. In 2010, I rode my Yamaha across the country with friends. Post that motorcycle trip, I stopped riding for some reason and did a lot of driving, including a similarly long epic drive with Anju in 2015. I don’t remember any specific reason not to ride....
