Weekly Notes 50/2023
We met a bunch of friends this week. We spent unreasonable amount of time with them, talking, eating, and making coffee. I am so happy to have such beautiful and caring friends. When I turn 70 and look back, I will be very proud of the friends that I have earned, especially the ones I made after turning 30.

A significant part of working from Home/Remote is calls or meetings with your team. Whether through good old telephone, hangouts, or any million available services, the quality of the call depends on how good your microphones are. I have been making significant investments to improve that part of the meetings.
Weekly Notes 49/2023
Since it’s the last few weeks of the year, I have started working on the reflection on the year to write my year-end coverage post series called The Year That Was. This year, I am also thinking about what my focus should be in 2024. I have not done that before, at least consciously, except for sharing New Year’s Resolutions in haste, which has rarely worked.
Entry into Parenthood
For me, having kids has been a dream for a long time. It was only in my late twenties and early thirties that I thought about adoption and chose it to be the primary option. I was super lucky to meet someone with similar thoughts and dreams. It just became super easy once we got married.
Weekly Notes 48/2023
I was in Mumbai for the first three days of the week. It was a work trip, so I only went out a little. My Elephanta Caves visit is still pending. Mumbai weather and air quality were alright, thanks to the rain. Now, back in Bangalore, and winter is here.
