I use my tpx as a travel machine; at home, it’s mainly used remotely. As in, I connect to it either through ssh or through a remote desktop and work on it. I wanted RDP and not VNC, mostly because I want to have a session on the remote desktop with the same profile etc. And also allow others to log in using their profile. Somewhat akin to SSH logins.
Weekly notes are my way of going back to original blogging, where I would write small posts about the day once in a while. But now, I plan to do it once a week as a routine. It’s a tag as of now. Should it be a category? Currently, I have Life, Technology, ಕನ್ನಡ, Podcast, and Travel as categories. These weekly updates can belong to one more category. So if I make it a category, I can use the tags for the usual purpose. I am still thinking; I don’t know the answer.
I love writing these weekly updates. I know it’s only been two weeks. But I love the process of creating a new post as soon as I publish this week’s post. Then I update it with points as and when I feel like it throughout the week. On Friday, I click publish. These weekly posts are stealing from Twitter which is a good thing in general :)
consistent. Email template insertion is one of them. It can be done easily using phrases in AutoKey. But phrases support only simple text. But I do like HTML emails sometimes. So this is my hack.
NMG+GSUS – 2022 – Results are out. I am happy about the outcome even though we are very late this year. This year was our fifth edition year. I have many things to write about. I will, once I get time to gather my thoughts. Added my initial notes about Unified User Status and Availability....
